Woodfibre historical plume-component diagnostics — 5 September 2026

This pack preserves three supported AERMOD diagnostic replays and one failed STARTEND selection. It is research evidence, not a validated Woodfibre exposure prediction. The model physics and binary were unchanged; CDGF retains W320.

Start with outputs/woodfibre-plume-component-findings.md and summary.json. Complete fixed-width diagnostic text, record provenance, parser and all-receptor CSV are included. Asterisks remain missing; printed-precision intervals are not atmospheric uncertainty.

Reproduction: the analysis script uses Python standard library only. It reads selected-record-runs and the original historical summary. Obtain the two pinned companion archives below for the original historical run layout, EPA model build/source prerequisites and reference checks. Compiled models, compiler environment and installed packages are not redistributed here. Run scripts refuse to overwrite existing run folders; use a fresh extracted workspace for re-execution.
